1. What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this activity class?
A: I learned that golf can be a great way to stay active all your life. You can golf till your elderly. You can’t play hockey till your elderly. The lesson here is that going outside and getting some sun while having fun is a great way to achieve lifelong wellness.
2. How would you apply this information to your life?
A: Well I have played competitive golf most of my childhood and teenage years and I will use the lessons learned in this course to better my game more and stay active by doing so.
3. What is you intention to continue to exercise in life and why?
A: Exercising is an important factor to health and the ability to live a long, full, and happy life. Intend to ski in the winters and golf in the summers. During the spring I love to have ski and golf days. I go skiing in the morning and golfing in the late afternoon.
